This mixed used project consists of a combination of retail, amenity space, residential, and parking. The six story building includes over 46,000 square feet of retail and amenity space, plus 325 living units. This building wraps around a precast parking garage with a total of parking spaces.
STRUCTURAL SYSTEM
This 3A building consists of a cast in place concrete foundation system with concrete columns and shear walls support the concrete podium above the retail area. This podium supports 4 levels of wood framing above which are composed of pre-engineered wood floor and roof trusses. The exterior walls utilize FRT lumber with 2×6 stud walls.
