Alliance strives to maintain an open culture often associated with small companies, in which everyone is a hands-on contributor and feels comfortable sharing individual and team ideas between all disciplines. Employees are encouraged to ask questions.

Although we share common goals and vision in our company, our employees come from all walks of life and speak dozens of languages. We celebrate our diversity every year with a pot luck lunch where all are welcome to bring a dish from their native culture. Other annual social events include bowling nights, picnics, and holiday get togethers.
